Wataerfalling Around

I love waterfalls. I love finding them, I love hearing them, I love just sitting by them, I love them when roaring and I love them when they are just a trickle. I also love seeing other photographers interpretation of them. I am in awe of so many beautiful waterfall photographs that convey the sound and flow of the water. I struggle photographing them myself. Even though I enjoy every moment of being near a waterfall, I very rarely return from a water falling trip with photos I love. What is it? My shots just haven’t captured the experience I had while there. Is it the angle? Or maybe the exposure isn’t right for the speed of the water. How do you capture the feeling you get when shooting a still of a moving subject. I’m not sure, but I’m not going to give up trying!
